Founded and sold a top-producing mortgage brokerage. Completed over $50 million in custom home construction throughout California and Nevada. Co-founded and led a national specialty construction firm that grew from two to fifty employees, completing 50+ projects annually for clients in media, hospitality, and commercial real estate — sold his equity in 2024 to focus on land development full-time.
Today Greg leads development projects in Nevada, Idaho, and Washington, focused on raw land entitlement, phased subdivisions, and infill land strategies.
